Recognizing the revolution that is occurring in the Life Sciences, particularly in applying genomic approaches to diverse and important biological problems, The School of Arts and Sciences has selected Biology as one of six departments critical to its development over the next five years. The new Life Sciences building houses an interdisciplinary grouping of Biology, Genomics and Psychology faculty and students.
The new building houses research laboratories, plant facilities, a greenhouse, and support research spaces.
